To alleviate hunger by providing nutritious meals to the hungry and homebound in a safe, loving, and supportive environment. Hale Kau Kau has been feeding the hungry since August 1991 and we have served more than 1.5 million meals. Hale Kau Kau has served a meal daily, 365 days a year for more than 32 years.
For over 30 years Hale Kau Kau thrived because of our dedicated volunteers and supporters. We would love to have you volunteer and be a part of our community. We have two main areas for volunteering your time and aloha: Kitchen & Drivers. We also welcome people with special skills to help out with projects and of course fundraising. Other volunteer opportunities: Office Work, Pick Up / Delivery of Supplies, Marketing, Photography, Graphic Design, Fundraising, Special Events, Technology, and Social Media
Donations to Hale Kau Kau support the mission of feeding with compassion and aloha to alleviate hunger by providing nutritious meals to the hungry and homebound in a safe, loving, and supportive environment.
