Volunteer to support grieving children, teens, and families affected by the wildfire disaster through Nā Keiki O Emalia

Make a positive impact on keiki and their families while cultivating meaningful connections with others.

There are a lot of opportunities at Nā Keiki O Emalia. Become a group facilitator for in-person peer support groups to provide grieving children, teens and families a safe space to open up, share, and support one another through grief. We provide training. No previous experience required.

Participate in fun activities, art projects, story sharing and grief education. Parents meet in a separate small group. There are groups forming throughout Maui county including Hana, Lahaina, Upcountry, Lana’i and Moloka’i in schools and community centers as well as drop-ins at our Cameron Center location in Wailuku.  Join our group of compassionate volunteers.
