• CNHA Kāko’o Maui Pre-Development Grant: eligible households to receive up to $15,000 for pre-development needs that are necessary to rebuild your primary residence‍
• Catholic Charities Hawai‘i (CCH) Maui Homeowner Assistance Fund ‍
• ‍Catholic Charities Hawai'i (CCH) State Homeless Emergency Grants Program‍
• CNHA Host Housing Support Program - $350/person, up to $2,000/household‍

• U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), through Federal Housing Administration, extended foreclosure moratorium for borrowers with FHA-insured mortgages in Maui County, HI through August 4, 2024, to help homeowners impacted by 2023 wildfires.

• OHA Kanaaho Grant for impacted, Native Hawaiian homeowners and renters of Lahaina & Kula - Up to $9,000 for homeowners and $4,000 for renters.

• Chef Hui x Southern Smoke Foundation Emergency Relief Grant Application

Business & Nonprofit Resources:

• U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Community Development Initiative Grants - Minimum grant award is $50,000; maximum grant award is $500,000. Deadline electronically: July 10, 2024 Deadline for paper: July 15, 2024.

• U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development Housing Preservation Grants – grants to repair or rehabilitate homes, rental properties or cooperatives for people in rural areas with low or very low incomes. $50,000 maximum award. Deadline July 29, 2024.

• Maui Small Business Recovery Grant Program (by the U.S.Chamber of Commerce Foundation and American Express) - provides 100 businesses with $5,000 grants and business coaching, deadline May 1, 2024
• Maui Business Bridge Grants - micro business grants ranging from $1,000-$25,000
• Kupu Mai Ka Lehua - Small Business Maui Grants - grants to support small businesses and entrepreneurs; open until all funding is dispersed

• Hawai‘i People’s Fund Urgent Action grants - up to $5,000
• U.S. SBA Home and Business Physical Disaster Loan – Application Grace Period ends June 11, 2024
• U.S. SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loans – Deadline May 10, 2024
